As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Transport Operations Manager to help lead our transportation team and drive operational success.

What You'll Do

• •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Drivers and Dispatchers.
• •Oversee daily fuel transportation and delivery operations.
• •Optimize routes, schedules, and equipment utilization.
• •Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• •Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• •Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
• •Resolve transportation and customer service issues.
• •Visit driver locations and maintain strong relationships with transportation employees.
• •Participate in the transport on-call rotation and provide backup dispatch support as needed.
• •Partner with leadership to drive safe, efficient, and profitable operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

• •Compensation: Starting pay at $75,000 annually
• •401(k) with 100% company match up to 5% starting on your first day

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent.
• •Three to five years of transportation, logistics, dispatch, or related operations experience.
• •Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• •Knowledge of transportation operations and DOT regulations.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation-related software systems.
• •Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• •Previous supervisory experience.
• •Experience in fuel, petroleum, or bulk transportation operations.
