About Us
Diverse Works is a busy commercial painting and coatings company serving the Portland–Vancouver area and projects across the region. We're hiring experienced journeyman painters who like to travel and want steady, year-round work with a team that supports their growth.
What You'll Do
Travel to commercial and large construction job sites, often for multi-day or multi-week stretches
Prep surfaces, apply coatings, and spray paint large surfaces efficiently and cleanly
Work closely with crew members and site leads to keep projects on schedule
Represent the company professionally with clients and general contractors
Bring and maintain your own hand tools
What You Bring
At least 5 years of verifiable commercial painting experience
Strong spray skills; airless sprayer experience preferred
Willingness and ability to travel regularly for out-of-town projects
Reliable, insured transportation
Solid work ethic, good time management, and a team-first attitude
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Eligibility to work in the United States
