Essential Functions

Under general supervision, the Non Licensed Employee performs support, administrative, clerical, technical, or patient-support duties as assigned. This role supports departmental operations and/or patient care services at Tri-City Medical Center while transitioning employment to Sharp HealthCare.

• * Support daily operational workflows and team needs
• * Provide customer service to patients, families, staff, and visitors as appropriate
• * Accurately complete documentation, data entry, or records as required
• * Follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• * Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
• * Participate in required orientation, training, and transition-related activities
