Essential Functions

Under the direction of appropriate clinical or professional leadership, the Professional Licensed Employee performs job-related duties consistent with their licensure, education, training, and scope of practice. This role supports patient care and/or professional services at Tri-City Medical Center while transitioning employment to Sharp HealthCare.

• * Perform duties appropriate to professional license, certification, and assigned department
• * Deliver safe, high-quality services in accordance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and professional standards
• * Accurately document work performed in applicable systems
• * Collaborate effectively with physicians, leaders, and interdisciplinary team members
• * Support patient safety, quality initiatives, and service excellence
• * Comply with all Sharp HealthCare and Tri-City Medical Center policies and procedures
• * Participate in required training, education, and transition-related activities
