Ametikoha eesmärk:

Tootmisprotsessist välja langenud ehk praaktoodete sorteerimine, veaotsimine, tekkepõhjuste väljaselgitamine ja statistiline aruandlus.

Sinu vastutuseks on:

Tootmises esinevate tehniliste ja kvaliteedivigade diagnoosimine ja vea põhjuste väljaselgitamine.
Toodete testimine ning mõõtmine vastavalt kehtestatud juhenditele.
Defektsete toodete analüüsimine ja vea tekkepõhjuse määramine.
Koostöö tootmise, kvaliteedi, hoolduse ja inseneriosakonnaga probleemide lahendamisel.
Korduvate probleemide põhjuste analüüsimine ning juurpõhjuse (Root
Cause) väljaselgitamine.
Tootmise toetamine keerulisemate rikete ja kvaliteediprobleemide lahendamisel.

Olulised kompetentsid:

Elektroonika ja elektriskeemide tundmine.
Mõõte- ja testseadmete kasutamise oskus.
Oskus töötada tehnilise dokumentatsiooni ja
skeemidega.
Hea koostöö- ja suhtlemisoskus.
Hea eesti (vähemalt B2) ja inglise keele oskus.
Eelistatult läbitud IPC standardi jootekoolitus.
