  • This is an opportunity to help protect online ecosystems by investigating and responding to a broad range of digital abuse.
  • You will analyze reports involving phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, spam, botnets, and other forms of online abuse.
  • The role combines investigative research, analytical judgment, policy enforcement, and detailed case management.
  • You will work with evidence from domains, websites, accounts, and other technical signals to identify abusive activity and emerging threats.
  • The position operates within a globally distributed Trust and Safety environment, collaborating across international teams and time zones.
  • You will also contribute to improving detection methods, workflows, policies, and enforcement processes as the operation scales.
  • This remote role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on online safety while developing expertise in internet infrastructure and abuse prevention.
