## Das erwartet Sie bei uns:

  • Entwicklung und Optimierung einer konsistenten Design-Sprache für unsere digitalen UIs (Web und App)
  • Konzeption zur Optimierung der User Experience für Web und App unter Berücksichtigung der User-Bedürfnisse
  • Recherche und Entwicklung von Wireframes und interaktiven Prototypen
  • Erstellung grafischer Werbemittel
  • enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Produktteams aus dem Frontend, Backend und Marketing
  • Planung und Durchführung von Design Sprints

## Das bringen Sie mit:

  • mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich User Interface, idealerweise Erfahrung mit User Experience und Usability
  • kreative Denkweise und eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • sicherer Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud, Invision oder ähnlichen Prototyping Tools; Sketch ist wünschenswert
  • Erfahrungen mit Conversion Optimierung und Landingpages
  • Spaß an Teamarbeit mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie Organisationsgeschick und Kreativität
  • wünschenswert: Kenntnisse in der Webseitengestaltung mit HTML, CSS
