Utility Team Member – Role Overview

The Utility Team Member supports the Utility Department and assists multiple departments as needed in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• •Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the entire shift, including:
• •Lifting, pushing, and pulling 50+ lbs continuously
• •Standing, bending, and working on the floor for extended periods

• •Assist multiple departments based on daily priorities (task stacker)
• •Complete up to 3–4 home floors per day
• •Apply basic construction knowledge and precise measurement skills
• •Maintain attention to detail to ensure homes meet quality standards
• •Support internal and external teams as assigned

Qualifications

• •Well‑rounded basic construction experience
• •Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• •Ability to adapt and work across departments
• •Prior construction experience preferred
