- €31,000 Basic Salary
- 40 Hours per Week | Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Join Audi Centre Dublin
Audi Centre Dublin is looking for a highly organised and motivated Vehicle Progression & Digital Marketing Executive to support our busy retail operation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining vehicle administration, stock management, and digital marketing responsibilities within one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands.
Working closely with our Sales and Management teams, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles move smoothly through the sales process while helping to maintain a strong online presence that showcases our stock and promotes the Audi brand.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Progression
Manage the progression of new and used vehicle orders from purchase through to customer delivery.
Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure vehicles are prepared and delivered on time.
Monitor vehicle stock and maintain accurate records within internal systems.
Track vehicle movements and update stakeholders on delivery timelines.
Ensure all vehicle documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Support the Sales team with administration relating to vehicle sales and handovers.
Digital Marketing
Create and maintain engaging vehicle advertisements across online platforms.
Ensure all vehicle listings are accurate, attractive, and up to date.
Photograph and upload vehicle stock to digital channels.
Support dealership marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media activity.
Monitor online enquiries and assist with lead management processes.
Help maintain dealership website content and vehicle showcases.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Be highly detail-oriented with strong levels of accuracy.
Possess strong IT skills and confidence using digital systems.
Have an interest in digital marketing, social media, or online advertising.
Be able to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Previous automotive, administration, or marketing experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
