Wir suchen Sie als Mensch und als

Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik / Formteile (m/w/d) in 3-Schicht

Aufgabe + Herausforderung

  • Selbständiges Aufrüsten, Anfahren und Überwachen von Spritzgussmaschinen
  • Optimierung des Maschinen-, Material- und Personaleinsatzes
  • Abmusterung von Serien-, Prototypen-, und geänderten Werkzeugen
  • Reduzierung der Zykluszeiten durch Prozess-, Werkzeug-, Maschinen- und Peripherieoptimierung unter Berücksichtigung der geforderten Qualität
  • Erststückfreigabe und Dokumentation der Freigabe der Produktion auf Basis der vorhandenen Prüfanweisungen und Prüfplänen

Qualifikation + Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker/-in Kunststoff und Kautschuk Fachrichtung Formteile bzw. langjährige Berufserfahrung als Einsteller/-in, auch mit 2K- und Gasinnendruckanwendungen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Verfahrensmechaniker/-in in der Automobilbranche
  • Starker Leistungswille, hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
