Für unseren langjährigen Kunden in Ebersbach/Fils haben wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Stelle zu besetzen als

Verfahrensmechaniker Kunststoff- / Kautschuk (m/w/d).

### DIESE AUFGABEN ERWARTEN SIE

  • Eigenständiges Rüsten, Einstellen und Bedienen moderner Spritzgussmaschine (Arburg / Haitina) und Peripheriegeräte
  • Überwachen, Optimieren und Dokumentieren der Fertigungsprozesse
  • Erkennen und Beheben von Fehlern
  • Durchführen von Werkzeugabmusterungen
  • Einfache Wartungsarbeiten an Maschine und Automatisierungstechnik (SEPRO-Arm)
  • Anmischen und Einfärben von Kunststoffen gemäß Vorgaben
  • Unterstützen bei der Vormontage in Nebenzeiten (bei Vollautomatikbetrieb)

### DIESE KOMPETENZEN BRINGEN SIE MIT

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff - und Kautschuktechnik (m/w/d), oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Kunststoffformgebung
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für technische Abläufe
  • Ausgeprägte Materialkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse im Programmieren von Visual 2 Steuerungssystemen ist von Vorteil
  • 2 Schichtbereitschaft
