Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) für Kunststofftechnik!

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Auf- und Abrüsten der Spritzgießwerkzeuge unter Einhaltung des Fertigungsauftrages
  • Einrichten und Anfahren der Spritzgussmaschinen
  • Übergabe des Fertigungsprozesses an die Werker
  • Dokumentation des Freigabeprozesses
  • Überwachung der produzierten Teile
  • Lokalisierung, Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Produktionsablauf
  • Unterstützung bei Wartung und Service der Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Qualitätskontrolle der produzierten Teile

Ihre Stärken und Qualifikationen:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff-/ Kautschuktechnik (m/w/d) oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kunststoffspritzguss
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3 Schicht-System
  • selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität
  • Pünktlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • gewissenhaftes Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit
