Dein Aufgabenbereich:

Bei uns berätst du nicht "irgendwas", sondern Produkte, hinter denen du stehen kannst. Du bist Ansprechperson für Profis und Heimwerker_innen, findest Lösungen und sorgst dafür, dass sich Kundinnen und Kunden gut aufgehoben fühlen.

Konkret heißt das:

  • Beratung und Verkauf von Werkzeugen, Maschinen sowie Bau- und Gartengeräten
  • Persönliche Betreuung vom ersten Gespräch bis zum Kaufabschluss
  • Präsentation unseres Sortiments und aktive Mitgestaltung der Verkaufsfläche
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen, Reklamationen und Kassentätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei einfachen Lagerarbeiten
  • Unsere Anforderungen
  • Handwerkliche Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf technischer Produkte
  • Gerne auch engagierte Quereinsteiger_innen
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und an guter Beratung sowie Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ein freundliches, verbindliches Auftreten
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Wir bieten:
  • Bruttogehalt ab € 2.452.- inkl. Überzahlung (Mindest-KV € 2.251)
  • Vollzeitstelle mit 38,5 Wochenstunden und 4,5-Tage-Woche
  • Geregelte Arbeitszeiten: Montag - Freitag: 08:00 - 18:00 Uhr & Samstags: nur bis 13:00 Uhr
