Deine Hauptaufgaben:

  • Verkaufsberatung Pedelecs, Fahrräder, Zubehör und Ersatzteilen
  • Erstellen von Angeboten, Aufträgen und Rechnungen
  • Beratung von Fahrradreparaturen
  • Kundenberatung bei der Übergabe von Neurädern
  • Sortimentspflege und Präsentation unserer Produkte
  • Durchführung von kleineren Reparaturen und Inspektionen
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Abteilungsleiter und den Kollegen des zweiten Standortes
  • Back-Office-Arbeiten (Warenwirtschaftssystem, Kundenanfragen, Bike-Leasing etc.)

Das bringst Du mit:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Verkäufer\*in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. technische Ausbildung) oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Handel / Verkauf
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf – idealerweise in der Fahrradbranche
  • Begeisterung für Fahrräder und den Umgang mit Menschen
  • Interesse und Lernbereitschaft für neue Themen rund ums Fahrrad
  • betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse
  • Freude an Verantwortung
  • Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Team- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • gute bis sehr gute Kompetenzen in Office und Warenwirtschaftssystemen
  • regelmäßige Schulungen (im Haus oder direkt bei Herstellern)
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert

Beschäftigungsbeginn: ab sofort

Stellenumfang: 38,5 Std./Woche (Vollzeit)
