### Vertriebsassistenz (m/w/d)

  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
  • Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Erstellen von Berichten und Statistiken (Verkaufs- und Auftragseingangszahlen etc.)
  • Terminkoordination und Terminüberwachung
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Geschäftsreisen und Besprechungen
  • Organisation von Meetings, Veranstaltungen (Messen, Ausstellungen etc.)
  • Erledigung der Reiseplanung und –organisation
  • Vertriebsunterstützung
  • Betreuung der Kunden und Vorbereiten von Kundenbesuchen
  • Welche Qualifikationen sollten Sie mitbringen?
  • Industriekauffrau (m/w/d) mit mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung oder Zusatzqualifikation
  • Betriebswirt (m/w/d) wünschenswert
  • Guter Ausdruck in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC-Office Software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • SAP – einschlägige Anwenderkenntnisse
