Personaldisponent / Recruiting & Vertrieb (m/w/d) – Pflege & Medizin

Einsatzort: [ Hannover] | Arbeitszeit: (30 -40 Std./Woche) | Ab sofort

Wir sind ein junges, dynamisches Zeitarbeitsunternehmen, das sich auf die Überlassung von Fachkräften im Pflegebereich (Altenheime und Krankenhäuser) spezialisiert hat. Nach zwei erfolgreichen Jahren am Markt wachsen wir weiter und suchen Unterstützung für unser Team.

Ihre Aufgaben (70% Vertrieb / 30% Recruiting):

  • Aufbau langfristiger Kunden- und Kandidatenbeziehungen sowie Netzwerkpflege
  • Neukundenakquise
  • Rekrutierung und Betreuung von Fachkräften (Verantwortung des gesamten Such- und Auswahlprozesses)
  • Kommunikation mit Entscheidungsträgern
  • Koordination und Disposition von Mitarbeitereinsätzen
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und Dokumentation

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung: Berufserfahrung in der Personaldisposition oder im Vertrieb mit Bezug zum Gesundheitswesen
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Personaldienstleistungskaufmann/frau oder vergleichbar sowie Erfahrung im Bereich der Personaldienstleistung
  • Kenntnisse: Erste Berührungspunkte mit dem Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz (AÜG) sind von Vorteil.
  • Persönlichkeit: Kommunikationsstark, empathisch im Umgang mit Pflegekräften und durchsetzungsstark im Vertrieb.
