  • Dich erwartet ein vielseitiger Aufgabenbereich zwischen Kundenbetreuung, Recruiting, Mitarbeiterführung und Organisation - mit viel Eigenverantwortung, kurzen Entscheidungswegen und einem Team, das gemeinsam anpackt.

Vertriebsdisponent (m/w/d)

  • Du übernimmst die Akquise, Beratung unserer Bestands- und Neukunden
  • Du bist für die Personalgewinnung sowie Auswahl verantwortlich
  • Du prüfst die fachliche Qualifikation von Bewerbern
  • Du planst und steuerst Dein Dir zugeteiltes Personal
  • Du nimmst Kundenanfragen entgegen und bearbeitest Rückfragen
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kfm. oder techn. Bereich oder eine Ausbildung zum Personaldienstleistungskaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit Menschen zusammen und bist kommunikativ
  • Du besitzt eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
  • Sicherer Arbeitsplatz mit langfristiger Perspektive
