Mitarbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst / Kalkulation (m/w/d)

  • Zur Verstärkung für unseres Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen technisch versierten Mitarbeiter für den Vertriebsinnendienst, der die Projekte von der Anfrage bis zum Abschluss betreut.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Angebotswesen: Eigenständige Kalkulation und Erstellung maßgeschneiderter Angebote.
  • Projektunterstützung: Zuarbeit für unsere Projektentwickler während der Auftragsakquisition.
  • Kundenbetreuung: Kompetente Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen und Begleitung der kompletten Auftragsabwicklung.
  • Dokumentation: Erstellung von vertriebsrelevanten Dokumenten und Konzepten.

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, technischer Produktdesigner oder vergleichbar).
  • Know-how: Technisches Verständnis, um komplexe Bau- oder Produktdetails zu erfassen und zu kalkulieren.
  • EDV-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen.
  • Soft Skills: Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und eine hohe Kundenorientierung.
