Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

Oversee and control the activities of the Australia and New Zealand Sales organization through multiple levels of management with pan-EMEA and global responsibilities.

Work with the largest companies across the globe.

We work every day with C-level executives and business leaders, through heads of process improvement and automation, to deliver business and individual value at client organizations.

What you'll do at UiPath

Analyze the territory/market potential and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue potential.

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a quarterly schedule.

Evangelize UiPath’s brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling our solutions by leveraging a value selling approach.

Educate customers on how our solutions can benefit them financially and professionally.

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory.

Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations

Partner with the CSM group to ensure the customers receive maximum value and expedite customer issues as they arise.

Monitor our industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Also, as an employee of UiPath you are required to comply at all times with UiPath’s policies that were communicated to you from time to time and that are available on Inside UiPath.

What you'll bring to the team

Proven experience leading sales leaders (second-line management), building and scaling high-performing teams of first-line managers and their account executives, with a strong focus on new business.

Track record of setting and running a bold new logo strategy, getting the team into the region's most strategic enterprise accounts and growing them into large, multi-year relationships.

Builds a hunter culture across the organisation, holding managers and sellers to high standards for pipeline creation, prospecting activity and speed of deals.

Strong operating rhythm and forecasting discipline, with a data-driven approach to territory design, account planning and resource allocation to focus the team on the highest-value opportunities.

Hires, develops and keeps top talent, coaching first-line managers to become strong leaders and building a pipeline of future leaders.

Able to explain new and complex ideas simply and persuasively, and to coach the team to take the same value-led story to senior buyers.

Builds and uses relationships at C-suite level in strategic accounts, stepping in as the executive sponsor on the largest and most complex deals to open doors and speed up closing.

Brings a clear point of view on how to change customers' businesses, and makes sure the team leads with insight to create demand rather than just respond to it.

Sharp critical thinking and resilience to get past roadblocks on large deals, and to guide managers through complex negotiations and competing priorities.

Makes sure the whole team sells to financial and executive buyers based on value, ROI and a strong business case, not on features and functions.

Strong ability to work across teams, lining up pre-sales, marketing, partners, customer success and the wider leadership team behind a shared growth plan for the region.

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
