Vice President, Financial Reporting

• This senior finance leadership role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting across the organization.
• You will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes while overseeing financial statements, management reporting, and financial controls.
• The role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on accounting oversight, budgeting support, audit coordination, and process improvement.
• You will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership and Board committees, translating complex financial information into clear and actionable insights.
• The position also manages accounting staff, establishes performance expectations, and strengthens operational controls and finance processes.
• A strong focus on GAAP, nonprofit accounting standards, compliance, and continuous improvement will be essential to the role’s success.
