Aufgaben :

Reiseberatung unserer Kunden mit Begeisterung und Freude in Pauschal-und Individual Reisen im Flug-Bus-Zugverkehr genauso wie PKW Reisen, Studienreisen und Kreuzfahrten

Ausarbeitung und Mitgestaltung von Gruppenreisen

persönlicher Ansprechpartner vor, während und nach der Reise.

Reklamationsbearbeitung

Beratung bei Versicherungsschutz

Hilfe bei Reisevorbereitungen u.a. Einreiseformalitäten sowie Check in bei Fluggesellschaften

Anforderung:

abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder langjährige aktive Mitarbeit im Reisebüro

sicherer Umgang mit Buchungssystemen wie TOMA, My Jack, Bistroportal, Paxconnect

sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

freundliches und aufgeschlossenes Wesen, sowie gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und sicheres Auftreten
