Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine\*n

Vorarbeiter (w/m/d)

auf Vollzeitbasis mit Schichtbereitschaft.

Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

  • Mitarbeitereinsatz sowie Anlagen- und Maschinenbelegung disponieren
  • Verantwortlich für Ordnung und Sauberkeit an den Arbeitsplätzen seines Bereiches
  • Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Unterweisung der Mitarbeiter hinsichtlich Maschinenbedienung, Sicherheitsvorschriften sowie Ordnung und Sauberkeit
  • Im Bedarfsfalle anfallende Bedienung der Maschinen selbst durchführen
  • Verfügbarkeit von Materialien, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen sicherstellen
  • Auftretende technische Mängel an den Maschinen selbst beseitigen oder beseitigen lassen
  • Sicherstellen und optimieren der Bereichskennzahlen
  • Einrichten v. Produkten auf den Maschinen u. Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter\*innen

Fachliche und persönliche Voraussetzungen:

  • Idealerweise Facharbeiterausbildung im gewerblich/technischen Bereich
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Maschinenkenntnisse im Verantwortungsbereich (Bedienung/Einrichtung)
