Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) für Hotels in Büsum / Sankt Peter Ording.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

  • Einteilung der Zimmermädchen/Roomboys (Dienstpläne erstellen)
  • Anleitung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Kontrolle der Arbeitsleistung und Motivation des Teams
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter bei Problemen
  • Überprüfung der gereinigten Zimmer (Sauberkeit, Ordnung, Ausstattung)
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Hotelstandards
  • Kontrolle von öffentlichen Bereichen (Flure, Lobby, Sanitäranlagen)

Arbeitszeiten: 08:00 bis 16:00 Uhr von Montag bis Freitag (auch mal am Wochenende)

Führerschein und PKW müssen vorhanden sein!
