Wir suchen Verstärkung für unsere Reinigungsteams in Berlin, Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) als Vorarbeiter (m/w/d)

## Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst:

  • selbstständiges Führen eines Teams in Abstimmung mit dem zuständigen Objekt-/Bereichsleiter
  • Qualitätsprüfung der erbrachten Team-Leistungen
  • Meldung von Arbeitsunfällen und Sachschäden
  • Einsatzfähigkeit von Materialien, Maschinen und Geräten prüfen
  • Anwesenheitspflege im Zeitenerfassungssystem
  • Team-Zusammenhalt stärken

## Das bringen Sie mit:

## Fachlich:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Gebäudereiniger-Handwerk erforderlich mit mehrjähriger praktischer Erfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung von Vorteil
  • Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B zwingend erforderlich
  • gute Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch zwingend erforderlich
