VP, Engineering, Network Observability

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, Engineering, Network Observability based in the United States.

• This is a senior engineering leadership role overseeing the technology behind a sophisticated network observability platform.
• You will set the technical vision, architecture, and multi-year engineering roadmap for a data-intensive product serving complex enterprise environments.
• The role combines deep networking expertise with large-scale data processing, cloud and on-premises software, AI, and operational excellence.
• You will lead geographically distributed engineering teams and develop managers and senior technical leaders across the organization.
• Your work will enable customers to gain predictive visibility into network health, performance, and behavior across data centers, WANs, cloud environments, and the edge.
• You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive leadership to connect engineering execution with customer and business outcomes.
