VP Finance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP Finance based in United States.

• This is a high-impact finance leadership role at the intersection of infrastructure, energy, transportation, and technology.
• You will shape the financial strategy behind the deployment of battery-powered rail assets, charging infrastructure, and dedicated microgrids.
• The role owns how major assets are funded, how customer contracts are structured, and how capital is raised to support rapid growth.
• You will build financing models and structures designed to scale from hundreds of millions of dollars toward billions in deployed infrastructure.
• The position combines equity fundraising, asset finance, deal design, financial modeling, incentives, governance, and investor readiness.
• You will also build and lead a lean, AI-native finance organization spanning accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, legal, and financial operations.
• This is an opportunity for a hands-on finance executive to create the financing playbook for an emerging infrastructure model rather than maintain an established one.
