VP of Product

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP of Product based in United States.

• This is a hands-on product leadership role at a rapidly growing technology company building an AI-native commerce platform for direct-to-consumer businesses.
• You will own the product strategy and execution across storefronts, checkout, payments, merchant operations, and an AI-powered agent.
• The role combines long-term strategic thinking with deep involvement in product details, customer needs, technical decisions, and weekly execution.
• You will lead a small team of senior product managers while partnering closely with engineering leadership to raise the bar for product quality and delivery.
• Direct relationships with merchants will be central to the role, ensuring real customer pain points translate into measurable product improvements.
• You will also establish competitive benchmarks across conversion, performance, activation, retention, and user experience, using data and experimentation to guide decisions.
