Inventory Management:

• •Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing incoming shipments.
• •Count and inspect products for damages or discrepancies and report any issues.
• •Organize and maintain inventory in an efficient manner.
• •Assist in conducting regular stock counts and inventory audits.

Order Fulfillment:

• •Pick, pack, and label products for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• •Prepare shipments for delivery by boxing, labeling, and organizing products for transport.
• •Ensure timely order fulfillment and meet delivery deadlines.

Shipping & Receiving:

• •Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe and efficient handling of merchandise.
• •Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by checking product quantities and descriptions.
• •Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics teams to schedule deliveries and pickups.

General Warehouse Duties:

• •Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including aisles and storage areas.
• •Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks (if certified).
• •Assist with moving materials and products as needed.

Safety Compliance:

• •Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• •Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
• •Ensure proper handling of all products to prevent damage or injury.

Requirements

Requirements

• •High school diploma or equivalent.
• •Previous warehouse or labor experience is a plus but not required.
• •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• •Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• •Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• •Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• •Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• •Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
