This is a hands-on role in a small, collaborative environment where your work directly impacts the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and put away inbound shipments from manufacturing and third-party suppliers

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment including regular tidying of work areas and common spaces

Support proper storage and rotation of inventory (FIFO) to ensure product integrity

Monitor and maintain shipping supply inventory (boxes, tape, void fill, cold-chain materials, etc.), flagging replenishment needs proactively

Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory

Flag discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to the operations team

Support special projects including retail replenishment, wholesale orders, and promotional kits

Qualifications

1+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience (consumer goods or food/beverage a plus)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to operate or learn to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts

Dependable, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible to accommodate shift or schedule changes as needed
