The Material Handler for E-commerce plays a pivotal role in delivering an unparalleled customer experience by preparing and shipping orders with accuracy and efficiency. As an essential part of our production team, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, from receiving finished goods to ensuring correct inventory shipment. This role demands agility, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

Role and Responsibilities / Essential Functions

• •Order Fulfillment : Execute daily order fulfillment tasks, including picking merchandise, labeling boxes, and shipping orders.
• •Finished Goods Handling: Manage the warehouse's storage and transfer of finished products, utilizing inventory management systems for accurate tracking.
• •Order Management : Actively monitor open orders and intervene to rectify issues, ensuring customers receive the correct product.
• •Inventory Management : Perform cycle counts and collaborate with operations to reconcile any discrepancies.
• •Equipment Operation : Utilize equipment such as sit-down forklifts, scan guns, pallet jacks, and Walkie riders (training provided) for the receipt and shipment of goods.
• •Warehouse Support : Participate in other warehouse tasks as needed to support overall operations.

Required Skills / Abilities / Competencies

• •Strong organizational and time management skills.
• •Proficient in problem-solving with an ability to make independent decisions.
• •Self-starter who can work independently.
• •Ability to communicate effectively across various levels of management and with customers.
• •Familiarity with UPS & FedEx shipping systems is an advantage.
• •2-3 years' experience in sit down forklift.

Education and Experience

• •High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• •A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in roles involving customer service, warehouse management, or order fulfillment is preferred.

• •Lifting Capacity: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
