As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a key role in supervising and coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring performance, safety, and service standards are consistently met.

You’ll be responsible for:

• •Coordinating receiving, shipping, handling and storage activities
• •Supporting and guiding warehouse team members on day-to-day operations
• •Maintaining inventory accuracy and assisting with stock takes
• •Promoting and maintaining safe work practices at all times
• •Operating forklifts and working safely around mobile plant and equipment
• •Ensuring warehouse processes align with company policies and safety standards

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example while developing your leadership capability.

What We’re Looking For

• •Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
• •Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory operations
• •A safety-first mindset
• •Natural leadership ability and confidence guiding a small team
• •Clear communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• •Previous experience in a warehouse environment, ready to step up
