รับผิดชอบในการโทรหรือติดต่อลูกค้าเป้าหมาย หรือกลุ่มที่มีศักยภาพ(Leads) ที่มีเงินลงทุนต่ำกว่า 500,000 บาท(Pure Robo)เพื่อรับทราบบริการต่างๆ
ของ FINNOMENA เช่น การปรับ Port หรือช่วงที่มีการแนะนำกองทุน รวมถึงแนะนำโปรโมชั่น

รับผิดชอบดูแลลูกค้ากลุ่มเป้าหมาย หรือกลุ่มที่มีศักยภาพ (Leads) ของ ฟินโนมีนา เพื่อแนะนำการลงทุนและเพิ่มยอดการลงทุน

รับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบ รายการซื้อขายของลูกค้าที่ผ่านช่องทาง Phone order

รับผิดชอบในช่องทางการรับข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า

รับผิดชอบในการโทรและติดต่อลูกค้าเป้าหมาย หรือกลุ่มที่มีศักยภาพ(Leads) ที่มีเงินลงทุนต่ำกว่า 500,000 บาท(Pure Robo)เพื่อรับทราบบริการต่างๆ

Responsibilities:

ให้บริการตอบข้อซักถาม และแก้ไขปัญหาให้แก่ลูกค้าโดยผ่านทางช่องทางต่างๆ เช่น โทรศัพท์, Line, facebook, Live Chat, E-mail

การสมัครสมาชิก การเปิดบัญชีกองทุน วิธีการใช้งาน Application และงานแก้ไขข้อมูลของลูกค้า รวมถึงข้อมูลและวิธีการซื้อขายกองทุน

ติดตามและติดต่อลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับงานแก้ไขที่ลูกค้าติดต่อเข้ามายังบริษัท

เป็นช่องทางให้บริการซื้อขายกองทุน Phone Order

รับบันทึกและทำรายการซื้อขายสับเปลี่ยนหน่วยลงทุน ผ่านช่องทาง Phone Order

ตรวจสอบรายการซื้อขายกองทุนของลูกค้าที่ผ่านเข้ามาทางช่องทาง Phone Order ตรวจสอบตามเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทกำหนด

เป็นหน่วยงานรับเรื่องร้องเรียนและข้อเสนอแนะต่างๆ รวมถึงการนำข้อเสนอแนะนำไปพัฒนาและป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดการร้องเรียนซ้ำ

ดูแลและวางระบบรวมถึงติดต่อลูกค้าตามที่กฏหมายกำหนด เช่น การ call back สำหรับลูกค้ากลุ่มเปราะบาง
หรือ ลูกค้าพิการ และ การให้ลูกค้ารับทราบและยินยอมในการสร้างพอร์ต หรือ รับทราบความสี่ยงในการลงทุน

ร่วมกิจกรรมกับทางทีม MKT เพื่อทำการตลาดสำหรับลูกค้า Pure robo
