Responsible for complex application design, development, integration, delivery and support. Individual in this position must be a self-directed professional, who will use their expertise to influence teams on best approach with new and existing technologies and programming languages to achieve business goals.
What you will do:
Architect, design and deliver high-quality code by promoting and designing INDG best practices.
Solve complex problems in a creative manner in a timely fashion.
Act as the go-to expert in at least one technical area and ha ve a very good working knowledge of the broader architecture of the entire system.
Strongly influence the direction on resolving/diagnosing/monitoring system s & platform s .
Identify key problems affecting their team and adopt innovative technical solutions to solve them.
Design and guide feature design and implementation of features for the entire team and deliver solutions for cross-team initiatives.
Participate in cross-business technical reviews .
Design and develop scalable, high - availability, high - performance product s.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
You need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
5 years of software development experience and/or commensurate skills building commercial applications with modern software engineering practices.
Experience completing tasks quickly and efficiently at a production level.
Experience running and taking ownership of a large project deliverable s both collaboratively and independently.
Experience reducing the complexity of projects, services, and processes to get more done with less work.
A track record of being a strong influencer and thought leader in the full software development life cycle of distributed software delivery teams using Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices.
Exper tise with cloud technologies i.e. AWS, Serverless, Event Driven Architecture, SO A , MicroServices , Microfrontend , CI/CD, Infrastructure as code, and other modern technologies.
Compensation Range:
- $150,000.00-$185,000.00
- Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
