## Wir suchen dich als WEG-Buchhalter (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams 🏠🧾🖊️ – in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit, ganz flexibel je nach deiner Lebenssituation.

### 🏠Das erwartet dich bei uns:

  • Du übernimmst eigenständig die komplette WEG-Buchhaltung
  • Du erstellst Hausgeldabrechnungen und Wirtschaftspläne
  • Du kümmerst dich um Kontenpflege, Zahlungsverkehr und Mahnungen
  • Du unterstützt bei Eigentümerversammlungen mit Auswertungen und Zahlen
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Eigentümer, Beiräte und Dienstleister bei allen buchhalterischen Themen

### 🏠Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise mit Immobilien- oder WEG-Bezug
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der WEG-Buchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Hausverwaltungssoftware und MS Office (wir nutzen WinCasa)
  • Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Du arbeitest gern im Team und kannst gut kommunizieren
