  • Sie zu Eigenständige kaufmännische Betreuung von Zinshäusern und

  • Leitung und Führung von Wohnungseigentümerversammlung Kreditoren-
  • und Debitorenbuchhaltung Erstellen von Wohngeldabrechnungen,
  • Jahresabrechnungen und Wirtschaftsplänen sowie Betriebs- und
  • Heizkostenabrechnungen Führen des Mahn- und Klagewesens Das bringen
  • Sie mit Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkauffrau/-mann (m/w/d)
  • oder ein vergleichbares Studium Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der
  • Verwaltung von Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften und Zinshäusern
  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und
  • Kommunikationsstärke Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse Benefits unbefristeter
