Job Description Summary

• 생산팀 용접사는 HRSG 제작을 위한 용접 작업을 수행하며, 도면, WPS 및 작업지시서에 따라 적절한 용접 조건을 설정하고 GTAW, FCAW 등의 공정을 적용하여 고품질의 용접 결과물을 생산합니다. 또한 용접 후 외관검사와 기본 품질 점검을 수행하고, 제관, 조립, 품질 부서와 협업하여 생산 일정과 품질 기준을 준수합니다. 본 직무는 안전수칙과 EHS 기준을 철저히 준수하며, 발전설비 제조 현장에서 요구되는 기술력, 책임감, 품질 의식을 갖춘 인재를 필요로 합니다.
• The Welding Technician in the Production Team is responsible for performing welding work for HRSG fabrication by applying appropriate welding processes such as GTAW and FCAW in accordance with drawings, WPS, and work instructions. This role includes setting welding conditions, conducting visual self-inspections and basic quality checks, and collaborating with fitting, assembly, and quality teams to meet production schedules and quality standards. The position requires strong technical skills, a high level of responsibility, and strict compliance with safety and EHS standards in a power equipment manufacturing environment.

Job Description

1. 담당업무

• •HRSG 제작을 위한 부품 및 구조물 용접 작업 수행
• •GTAW, FCAW 등 요구되는 용접 공정을 적용하여 작업 수행
• •도면, WPS 및 작업지시서에 따라 용접 위치, 순서, 조건을 설정하고 작업 수행
• •용접 후 Self Visual Inspection 및 기본 품질 점검 수행
• •용접부 외관, 형상, 결함 여부를 확인하고 필요 시 수정 작업 수행
• •제관, 조립, 품질 부서와 협업하여 생산 일정 및 품질 기준 준수
• •작업장 내 안전수칙 및 EHS/품질 기준 준수

2. 자격요건

• •고등학교 졸업 이상
• •관련 용접 경력 3년 이상
• •GTAW, FCAW 용접 실무 경험 보유자
• •도면 해독 및 작업지시서 이해 가능자
• •용접 조건 설정 및 품질 기준 준수 역량 보유자
• •제조 현장 EHS 및 품질 기준에 대한 기본 이해 보유자

Position: Welder / Welding Technician (Production Team)

Key Responsibilities

• •Perform welding for HRSG component and structure fabrication.

• •Conduct visual inspection and self-checks after welding to ensure required quality standards are met.
• •Identify weld defects and perform repair or rework as needed.

• •Follow all applicable safety, EHS, and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• •High school diploma or higher.
• •At least 3 years of relevant welding experience.
• •Practical experience with GTAW and FCAW.
• •Ability to read technical drawings and follow work instructions.
• •Understanding of welding parameters, quality requirements, and shop safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• •5+ years of welding experience.
• •Relevant welding certifications.
• •Experience working with fitting or assembly teams.
• •Experience in precision welding or complex welding applications.
• •Prior experience in HRSG, boiler, pressure part, or power generation equipment fabrication is a plus.
