Welder

Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder B, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities not limited to:

• •Perform welding and soldering tasks to join metal components
• •Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
• •Use basic math skills to measure, cut, and shape metal pieces
• •Operate various tools and equipment such as welding machines, grinders, and calipers
• •Assemble and weld components according to specifications
• •Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• •Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
• •Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements

Skills - To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• •2-3yrs of Welding Experience
• •Proficient in various welding techniques, including stick welding
• •Knowledge of ductwork fabrication and installation
• •Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
• •Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
• •Familiarity with operating press brake machines is a plus
• •Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• •Ability to use calipers for precise measurements
• •Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues during the fabrication process
