Welder (TIG) - 1st shift,10-hour, MON-THURS 5:00am-3:30pm

• Responsibilities:
• - Perform TIG welding on various metal components according to specifications and drawings
• - Assemble and fabricate metal parts using power tools and hand tools
• - Follow welding codes, standards, and procedures to ensure quality and safety
• - Inspect welded joints for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
• - Actively participate in all 6S processes within assigned department
• - Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• •Must pass pre-employment drug screen (including THC/Marijuana; medical card will NOT be accepted) (Required)
• •Superior attendance
• •Proven experience as a TIG welder and proficient in TIG welding techniques
• •Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
• •Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• •Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
• •Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• •Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• •Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing technologies
