Wir suchen Verstärkung! Als langjährig erfahrener und ausgezeichneter Immobilienprofi im Oberbergischen Kreis kennen wir mit unserem Team die Region, die Menschen und die ganz besonderen Wünsche und Ansprüche, wenn es um den Verkauf der eigenen Immobilie geht.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Neukundenakquise
  • Aufarbeitung von Immobilien
  • Vermittlung von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien
  • Dokumentation von Aktivitäten
  • Marktanalysen und Einschätzungen für private und gewerbliche Immobilien
  • Beratung unserer Kunden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team zur Qualitätssicherung und Optimierung von Prozessen

Ihr Profil:

  • Mind. abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/ zur Immobilienkaufmann/ -frau oder vergleichbaren kaufm.- Beruf
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Word und Excel
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe für CRM-Software, vorzugsweise Erfahrung mit OnOffice
  • Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Teamfähigkeit sowie Präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten im Innen- und Außendienst
  • Eigener Pkw
