Aufgabengebiet

  • Verantwortung für das Produktions- und Werkscontrolling einschließlich Budgetierung, Forecasting und Kostenanalysen
  • -Erstellung und Analyse von Monatsabschlüssen sowie Management-Reportings
  • -Durchführung von Abweichungs-, Produktivitäts- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
  • -Business Partner der Werksleitung bei Investitions- und Produktionsentscheidungen
  • -Identifikation und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Kostenoptimierung und Effizienzsteigerung
  • -Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen und Kennzahlensystemen sowie Unterstützung bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten

Anforderungsprofil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • -Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktions- oder Werkscontrolling eines Industrieunternehmens
  • -Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP
  • -Hohes analytisches Verständnis sowie ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
  • -Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • -Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
