Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams am Standort Berlin suchen wir Werkstudenten im BereichIT (m/w/d).

Ihr Aufgabengebiet
Einrichtung von PC- und Notebook-Arbeitsplätzen inklusive Installation von Standardsoftware und Peripheriegeräten
Erster Ansprechpartner für Anwender bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen, insbesondere rund um Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams)
Annahme, Dokumentation und Bearbeitung von Anfragen im Ticketsystem sowie Weiterleitung komplexer Störungen an die IT-Administration
Ausgabe, Rücknahme und Inventarisierung der IT-Hardware sowie Unterstützung beim On- und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden

Ihre Qualifikationen
Eingeschriebenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare technische Fachrichtung
Gute analytische Fähigkeiten, rasche Auffassungsgabe und Kreativität bei der Findung von Lösungsansätzen
Belastbarkeit, Verlässlichkeit, Flexibilität und Loyalität
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365
