Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) in Vollzeit am Standort Dautphetal-Mornshausen DIE AUFGABEN:

  • Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen der CNC-Fräszentren (Heidenhain Steuerungen)
  • Selbstständiges Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen von Senkerodiermaschinen
  • Nach Konstruktionszeichnung Arbeiten erkennen und durchführen
  • Abstimmen, Tuschieren und Montage von neuen Spritzgießwerkzeugen
  • Montage, Demontage, Wartung und Reparaturen von Spritzgießwerkzeugen
  • Verklemmen und Reparatur von Heißkanälen unterschiedlicher Hersteller
  • FACHLICHE ANFORDERUNGEN & PERSÖNLICHE ANFORDERUNGEN:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) mit der Fachrichtung Formenbau
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung
  • Analytisches Denken
  • Bewusstsein für qualitativ hochwertige Produkte
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem
