What You’ll Be Responsible For as a Window Cleaning Technician

• •Review jobs and routes for the day
• •Arrive prepared with proper equipment
• •Communicate ETAs and expectations with customers
• •Travel safely and efficiently between jobs
• •Execute high-quality window cleaning using proper safety techniques
• •Delegate tasks when working with a teammate
• •Place Glide signage at each job site
• •Perform detailed touch-ups and a final walk-around
• •Communicate results and feedback to customers
• •Maintain equipment and keep vehicle clean and organized
• •Report vehicle or equipment issues
• •Secure vehicles, keys, and equipment at the end of the day
