Wir suchen Mitarbeiter aus dem o.g. Bereich (oder vergleichbar) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit. Die Arbeitszeiten stimmen wir individuell ab. Sie begleiten Menschen mit den verschiedensten Einschränkungen in ihrer Freizeit, bei Ausflügen, bei der Teilnahme an Projekten oder 1x im Jahr bei ihrer Urlaubsreise.

Sie fördern ihre Stärken und Fähigkeiten, helfen bei der Umsetzung von Wünschen und Zielen, sowie bei der Lösung von Problemen und Alltagsstress. Sie erweitern die Alterskompetenz, aber vor allem sind Sie eine Bezugsperson und ein guter Freund. Das möglichst selbstbestimmte Leben steht im Vordergrund.

Wir erwarten, dass Sie Ihren Job mit Herz und Seele ausführen und dass die Menschen für Sie an 1.Stelle stehen. Respekt, Engagement, Loyalität und Toleranz sind für Sie selbstverständlich. Ihr Profil:

  • Abschluss in den o.g. Bereichen (Heilpädagogik, Heilerziehungspflege, Erziehung, Sozialpädagogik oder Ergotherapie, Pflege)
  • Ressourcenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Leistungsbereitschaft, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, selbständiges Handeln und Organisationstalent
  • Flexibilität
