## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Übernahme von Leitungsaufgaben und ergänzend dazu Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohner
  • Verantwortung für die fachgerechte Erstellung der gesamten Pflegedokumentation
  • Überwachung und Kontrolle der fachgerechten Grundpflege und Behandlungspflege
  • Beteiligung bei der Erstellung von Dienst- und Urlaubsplänen
  • Einsatz des Personals unter Beachtung des Dienstplans
  • Meldung von Ausfällen und Erkrankungen an die Pflegedienstleitung; ggf. selbstständige Anforderung von Ersatzkräften
  • Information der Pflegedienstleitung, der Einrichtungsleitung und der Verwaltung über wichtige Entwicklungen und Vorkommnisse im Wohnbereich

## Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschl. Ausbildung zum Altenpfleger (w/m/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (w/m/d), Kinderkrankenpfleger (w/m/d) oder Pflegefachfrau-/mann
  • hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz und Empathie
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzfreude
  • Organisationstalent
  • eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
