Work Scheduling Assistant Associate

What You’ll Do:

Essential Job Functions & Tasks

Under immediate supervision:

  • Perform duties assigned in the work scheduling process, including the assignment of jobs to line servicer personnel using management system applications.
  • Develop schedules for line servicer and technician appointments.
  • Communicate with customers and direct inquiries.
  • Support adherence to standard work scheduling policies and procedures.
  • Assist with outage management as needed.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Education

High school diploma or GED

Work Experience

At least nine (9) months of post-high school experience utilizing administrative procedures and office equipment.

Other Requirements

Ability to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

  • Organizational and analytic/problem solving skills, Prioritization skills, Customer Focus and Teamwork.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be available for overtime when needed.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

What We’re Looking For:

Education

High school diploma or GED

Work Experience

At least three (3) years of post-high school experience utilizing administrative procedures and office equipment; normally obtained by progression through the Work Scheduling Rep Assc classification.

Other Requirements

  • Must be available to work overtime, call out overtime and shift work, as required.
  • Travel requirements are expected 10-25% of the time
  • Ability to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Organizational and analytic/problem solving skills, Prioritization skills, Customer Focus and Teamwork.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computers and computer programs, effective verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

What You’ll Get:

Standard base pay is:

  • Work Scheduling Assistant Associate - $18.87 - $23.59/hr.
  • Work Scheduling Assistant - $22.13 - $27.67/hr.

Compensation Range:

$18.87 - $27.67

The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
