Work Study - Fall '26 - Women's Flag Football Student Assistant

• Position Summary:
• The Women's Flag Football Student Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the Women's Flag Football program. Responsibilities include assisting with practice and game-day operations, helping with recruiting visit preparations, managing team equipment and uniforms, supporting camps and special events, and assisting with general administrative and organizational tasks. This position will provide great firsthand experience working within a collegiate athletics program while supporting the overall student-athlete experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with practice setup and breakdown.

Support game-day preparations and operations.

Assist with recruiting visits and special events.

Assist with organizing, distribute, and inventory of team equipment and uniforms.

Assist with camps, and community engagement events.

Assist with print, organize, and distribute team materials and documents when needed.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.

Interest in athletics, sports management, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of the team(family).
