As a Workday Workday Core Financials, Expenses, Assets & Banking Senior Associate you will support client-facing Workday technology work within our Human Resource Operations practice, helping manage employee lifecycle processes, HR transactions, and day-to-day operational activity tied to core financials, expenses, assets, and banking functions. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, build meaningful client connections, anticipate team and client needs, and guide junior team members while developing your technical skills, professional judgment, and ability to navigate changing priorities.

In this role at PwC, you will help deliver work across Workday technology and human resource operations activities, bringing attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and clear communication to a setting that values learning, accountability, and collaboration. You will contribute to resolution of inquiries, escalation handling, and process support in a role that calls for comfort with ambiguity, a focus on business context, and steady growth in your career while supporting service delivery through PwC Acceleration Center India.

Responsibilities

• - Managing Workday Core Financials, Expenses, Assets, and Banking workstreams across client engagements
• - Analyzing client requirements and translating business needs into Workday configuration and process recommendations
• - Supporting system design, testing, deployment, and issue resolution for Workday financial operations
• - Developing and maintaining relationships with client teams while anticipating questions and project needs
• - Interpreting complex financial processes and recommending improvements that align with business objectives
• - Using Workday reporting, analytics, and integration tools to support data-driven decisions and transactional accuracy
• - Mentoring junior team members through task review, feedback, and day-to-day delivery support
• - Collaborating across technical and functional teams to resolve implementation challenges and move work forward

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 2 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

• - At least one Workday certification in integrations, Studio, Extend, or security
• - Demonstrating Workday Core Financials, Expenses, Assets, or Banking knowledge
• - Demonstrating client-facing experience in application consulting engagements

• - Building client relationships while mentoring junior team members
