Attività di montaggio viti a rulli satelliti e a ricircolo di sfere.

Compiti e Responsabilità principali:

L’addetto dovrà svolgere tutte le attività relative all’assemblaggio di viti a rulli satelliti e a ricircolo di sfere.

Nello specifico:

  • eseguire controlli dimensionali sui particolari meccanici (finiti e semilavorati)
  • compilare la documentazione relativa all’esecuzione del controllo: check list, moduli etc.
  • eseguire raddrizzatura e piccoli aggiustaggi se necessario.
  • utilizzare tornio manuale per rodaggio/aggiustaggio viti e altre attrezzature necessarie per l’assemblaggio e il completamento delle stesse
  • utilizzare gru a bandiera e azzeratori di peso per la movimentazione del materiale non movimentabile manualmente
  • mantenere la postazione di lavoro e le attrezzature assegnate pulite ed in ordine.

Profilo del candidato ideale:

  • Diploma di perito tecnico, o in alternativa corso istituto professionale tecnico
  • Conoscenza del disegno meccanico (quote, tolleranze, rugosità)
  • Buon utilizzo degli strumenti di misura: altimetro, calibri, micrometri millesimali e comparatori
  • Buona manualità nella movimentazione e gestione di particolari meccanici di precisione
  • Attenzione e precisone nello svolgimento della propria mansione
  • Utilizzo base del PC
  • Precedente esperienza lavorativa nel ruolo
