Customer Service Representative

Carrollton, GA (West Atlanta area) - Full Time

Customer service is an important part of the customer experience here at Z1 Motorsports. Become a part of our growing team assisting clients with shipping logistics, returning products, processing damaged or lost package claims, and providing technical support to achieve complete customer satisfaction. As a customer service representative your duties will include:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service

• •Interact with customer in person, over the phone, and through email
• •Set up returns and exchanges
• •Cancellations and order modifications
• •Ensure order accuracy
• •Verify part numbers and fitment
• •Shipping claims for damaged or lost orders
• •Provide technical support
• •Respond to customers in timely manor
• •Other duties as assigned

Availability

• •Must be onsite
• •40-hour workweek with occasional nights and weekends

Requirements

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• •Positive attitude and customer service mindset
• •Automotive knowledge preferred
• •Basic Computer Skill knowledge
• •Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• •Exhibit strong communication skills
• •Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency preferred
• •Customer Service/Call center experience preferred
